Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Phool Basket, we want you to be happy with every order. Because flowers are perishable, our refund policy balances fairness with the nature of fresh floral products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of the product.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order ID.
3. Eligible Refunds
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation window.
- Wrong product delivered (subject to verification).
- Significantly damaged or wilted flowers on arrival.
- Order not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability).
- Duplicate payment charged due to a technical error.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Minor natural variations in flower colour, size, or appearance.
- Recipient refused delivery or was unavailable at the delivery address.
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch or preparation.
- Delays caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
5. Quality Complaints
If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory flowers, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the product received
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your complaint and respond within 24–48 business hours.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank or payment provider processing times may add additional days before the amount appears in your account.
- For UPI and wallet payments, refunds are credited to the same account used at checkout.
7. Replacement Option
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement delivery at our discretion, subject to product availability in your area.
8. Payment Failures
If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with your transaction reference.
