1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Phool Basket mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our App or services. These Terms apply to all users including buyers, visitors, and registered customers.
2. About Phool Basket
Phool Basket is an e-commerce mobile application that allows users to browse, order, and receive fresh flowers, bouquets, plants, and gifting products. We operate as a platform connecting customers with our florist network for delivery of floral products.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
- By using the App you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Users below 18 may use the App only under parental supervision.
4. Account Registration
- You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Phool Basket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
5. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout is the final price.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or product unavailability.
- Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful payment.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at razorpay.com.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.
- Phool Basket does not store your card or banking details. All transactions are PCI DSS compliant.
- In case of payment failure, please check with your bank before retrying. Duplicate charges will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
7. Delivery Policy
- We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM in serviceable areas.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or force majeure events (floods, strikes, etc.).
- The risk of loss of goods passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

9. Product Quality
We strive to ensure all products match their images. However, due to the natural variability of flowers, minor differences in colour and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect. Seasonal availability may affect product listings.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Phool Basket App — including logos, images, text, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Phool Basket and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Privacy

12. User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the App for fraudulent orders, spam, or illegal activity.
- You shall not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's functionality.
- Phool Basket reserves the right to take legal action against violators.
13. Limitation of Liability
Phool Basket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our App or products. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.
